We often neglect our elbows and knees when moisturizing after a shower. While we nourish the other parts of our bodies every day, our elbows and knees are left to dry out, crack, and sometimes flake. With this simple skin care recipe consisting of four natural beauty oils, your elbows and knees will be in top form and ready to show off in no time.

What you'll need:
1 oz Kukui Oil

Directions: 
Add  Kukui Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, and Jojoba Oil to the four ounce bottle. Close bottle cap tightly.  Gently roll the bottle between your palms for approximately five to ten seconds.  Rub 3-4 drops of the mixture between your hands and apply to dry, affected areas in need of nourishment.  Store your custom oil blend in a cool dry area, out of direct sunlight.
